  1. Take a 750 Gram Fish, rinse it under the tap of water, let it dray.
  2. Sprinkle salt on all Fish Fillets Pieces then apply tamarind pulp and keep it aside.
  3. In the pot, take a 1/2 cup cooking oil and heat it for a while.
  4. Put 3 medium chopped onions in the heating oil and let it fry till the pink color.
  5. Add 2 tablespoon Ginger or Garlic paste, chili flakes, coriander powder, whole garam masala, dried fenugreek, chopped tomato, salt, and Briyani Masala, then let it fry for some time. Fry it until the oil is showing on the upper surface.
  6. Add cut potatoes and mix it well.
  7. Add whipped yogurt and mix it.
  8. Cove the pot with lid and let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on the medium heat.
  9. Take a lid out and add 1 cup of water to it and mix it.
  10. Add the pieces of fish in the sauce and put a lid on for about 12 minutes until the fish cook well.
  11. Take out all Fish pieces from the curry sauce in the plate when you see the fish is cooked well.
  12. Add Green Chilies in the curry and stir it for about two minutes. After that, turn off the heat.
  13. Now boil the rice and let it aside.
  14. Take another vessel and grease it with little oil.
  15. Make a layer of 500 Gram Boiled rice in the vessel.
  16. Make another layer of Curry sauce on the rice layer.
  17. Add rice again to the curry layer.
  18. Now Add all Fish Fillets pieces one by one on the very upper layer.
  19. Add some orange food color to the water and mix it then sprinkle it on the rice.
  20. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon tamarind pulp.
  21. Sprinkle Fresh Coriander leaves and Green Chilies.
  22. Put on dum for about 15 minutes.
  23. Now dish out the Fish Briyani and serve it.
