  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  2. Add Ginger/Garlic Paste and saute it for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Now add the Capsicum & Carrot, saute until they turn soft
  4. Add the chicken, mashed potatoes, and green peas.
  5. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  6. Now add roasted plain flour and salt to taste.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well and cook them for 2 minutes more.
  8. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice, mix it well.
  9. Add Grated Cheese and chopped Coriander when the cooked mixture chill.

Frying Chicken Russian Kabab

  1. Greece your hands with oil and make the kabab shape of all mixture. You can make burger pattie size kababs.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt, stir it well.
  3. Pick one piece of kabab, dip into egg mixture, then coat with the vermicelli.
  4. Do the same with rest of the kababs.
  5. Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pot and start frying kababs on a medium heat.
  6. When you fell its fried well, take it out on the absorbent paper.
  7. The Chicken Russian Kabab is ready to serve with ketchup and green sauce.
